Privacy Policy

SeedLift Solutions Inc. ("SeedLift", "we", "us") operates seedliftsolutions.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

• Information you give us. If you book a session or email us, we receive what you share: typically your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the booking form or message.
• Usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type, country). It is aggregated and does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
• Free tools. Our free tools (domain check, copy checker, CSV dedupe, calculators) run in your browser. Anything you paste or upload stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. The domain checker queries public DNS records for the domain you enter.

How we use it

• To respond to you and schedule or run the session you booked.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To follow up about SeedLift services if you asked us to. You can opt out any time by replying or emailing us.

We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the site and talk to you, such as Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (email), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). They process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We share information otherwise only if required by law.

Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set cookies needed for booking to work; see Calendly's privacy policy.

Retention and security

We keep contact information for as long as we are in touch with you or have a business reason to hold it, then delete it. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ryan@seedliftsolutions.com. SeedLift is based in Ontario, Canada, and handles personal information in line with PIPEDA; if you are elsewhere, the same request route applies.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
