These terms govern your use of seedliftsolutions.com and the free tools on it, operated by SeedLift Solutions Inc. ("SeedLift", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
You may browse the site and use the free tools for your own business purposes. Do not misuse the site: no scraping at volume, no attempts to break or overload it, no using the tools in ways that are unlawful or infringe on others' rights.
The calculators, domain checker, copy checker, and CSV tools are provided as-is, free of charge, to help you think. Their outputs are estimates and general guidance, not professional advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or that they are right for your situation. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them and for having the right to use any data you paste or upload.
The site's design, copy, tools, and branding belong to SeedLift or its licensors. You may link to the site and share pages, but do not copy, resell, or republish the tools or substantial parts of the site without our written permission. Client and third-party logos and names are the property of their owners and appear with permission or as nominative reference.
Booking a call through the site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side beyond showing up for the conversation. Any engagement that follows is set out in a separate agreement.
The site links to and embeds third-party services (for example Calendly and LinkedIn). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms apply to your use of them.
The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeedLift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or the tools. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to CAD $100.
We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site or tools at any time without notice, and we may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
